Stainsby Hall Farm

Pod have been engaged by a number of clients to aid realisation of Stainsby hall Farm, a major urban extension to the south Middlesbrough area, totalling 900 new homes. Conceived as providing predominantly low-density family homes, with the primary ‘boulevard’ route through development envisaged to connect north to the A1130.
