Pod were instructed to prepare masterplan proposals and supporting information to underpin a 400 dwelling outline application. The scheme looks to incorporate existing landscaping within the scheme as a key driver of design. The retained mature landscape belts divide the site into smaller development cells with each area having a distinct character. The topography of the site has also served to inform the scheme, with larger detached dwellings located to the southern boundary of the site orientated to take advantage of expansive long rage views. Subsequent planning applications are focused on the delivery of the scheme.
